Math Camp provides new Political Science graduate students a review of some fundamental concepts in calculus, probability, and linear algebra. It allows students to gauge their past exposure to topics used in the quantitative methods sequence so that they can choose their first-semester methods classes accordingly. Math Camp is designed for students entering both the Ph.D. program and the free-standing M.A.program. It is led by advanced Ph.D. students and completely optional.
