Nathan Lesch

Research Interest

Nathan Lesch is a second-year Ph.D. student in political science, specializing in American political institutions. His research interests include American political development, federalism, state and local politics, and public policy. He employs both formal modeling and quantitative methods in his work.

Mr. Lesch earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, and environmental studies from Case Western Reserve University, followed by an M.P.P. from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Before beginning his doctoral studies, he lived in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the field of international development.
