Jaeden Jude Noronha is a graduate student at Columbia University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Political Economy and quantitative political analysis.
His research interests include examining how macroeconomic policies influence political decisions, with a particular focus on the quantitative impacts of these policies and their long- and short-term effects on the economy. Mr. Noronha previously earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors. He double-majored in Economics and Political Science and was listed on the Dean’s List for six consecutive terms. He also received the Centurion Award for his dedication and outstanding service as a student leader.
During his undergraduate years, Mr. Noronha held several leadership positions, including President of the Economics Club, Treasurer of the Undergraduate Law Association, and member of the Undergraduate Student Advisory Board. Additionally, he served on the Steering Committee for the College of Arts and Sciences, contributing to the strategic planning of the college.
