Biography
Oliver McClellan is a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Columbia University. He studies political behavior using experimental methods, with a focus on how people form and update their political beliefs. His dissertation focuses on the role political leaders play in shaping their supporters’ views and actions. He has also published research on public opinion, “get out the vote” mobilization, and education, among other topics.
