Theo Milonopoulos is a PhD student at Columbia University. Before enrolling at Columbia he served for two years as a lead research assistant to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as she wrote her memoirs. He previously held research positions at Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), where he assisted former Secretary of Defense William J. Perry and Dr. Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall in organizing a conference on military contracting. He has also held research positions at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) and the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London. A graduate of Stanford University with honors in international security studies, Theo received an master's degree with distinction from King’s College London, where he received the Simon O'Dwyer Russell Prize for being among the top three masters candidates at the Department of War Studies and where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar.
